Our legal name and registered business address are printed on every subscription invoice. Email hello@thenivala.com and we will send them to you.

Nivala is not registered under GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Email hello@thenivala.com, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST. The support and sales line is +91 99969 02243 (message us on WhatsApp). It is a business line, not a personal number.

We are not 24 hours and we do not promise an instant reply. If you ask, we help you set up in your first week.

Write to hello@thenivala.com. We answer within 30 days. You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold, or to download your café’s records. We never ask for your password or staff PINs.

We do not have a list of customer cafés to show you, and we will not invent one. There are no logos, no reviews and no quotes on this site because none exist yet. When a café agrees to be named, we will list it here with its permission.

Until then, the best proof is the practice copy. You can set up your menu and try full orders before you pay anything, and compare the result with your own books.

The Android app is in early access with a small group of cafés. There is no download link yet.
