Step by step

What happens

  1. 1

    Tap the items

    Pick a table, takeaway or the counter. Tap dishes from your menu. Change quantity or remove a line before it is sent.

  2. 2

    Send to kitchen

    One tap. The order shows on the kitchen screen at once. Until then it says "Not sent yet".

  3. 3

    Take payment

    Print or show the bill. Record cash, UPI or card. The order is marked Paid and counts in the day.

What you get

  • Big buttons that work by touch, even in a bright room
  • GST bills: tax invoice, bill of supply or receipt, as your tax profile says
  • Every order shows its real state: not sent yet, sent, ready, paid
  • Staff sign in with their own PIN
  • Refunds are recorded against the original order

What it does not do

  • UPI and card are recorded by your staff. Nivala does not take the payment and does not check it with your bank.
  • If the internet stops, new orders and payments cannot be confirmed until it is back. Anything already sent is safe. Nivala does not bill offline.
  • A printer is optional. Bills can be shown on the screen. If you have a printer, it must work with Chrome or Edge.
  • One café per account. No delivery apps, QR ordering or table reservations.

Setup and practice are free. You pay when you go live. Starter is ₹999 a month per café. Plus is ₹1,299 a month per café. This is the final amount. GST is not charged.
