What happens

    Staff run the day

    Orders, payments and refunds are recorded at the counter as they happen. You record expenses in the back office.

  2. 2

    Staff close the shift

    They count the drawer. If the cash is different, they say why. You see the note.

    You see the day

    Sales, collections by cash, UPI and card, expenses, refunds, top and slow items. Download any of it as CSV.

What you get

What it does not do

  • UPI and card are recorded by your staff. Nivala does not take the payment and does not check it with your bank.
  • On Plus, "Estimated profit (not audited)" is an estimate from recipe costs. It is not your accounts.
  • One café per dashboard. No multi-outlet view.
  • It does not file GST returns. We give you a CSV; your CA files.
  • If the internet stops, new orders and payments cannot be confirmed until it is back. Anything already sent is safe. Nivala does not bill offline.
