How paying works
- Starter is ₹999 a month per café. Plus is ₹1,299 a month per café.
- This is the final amount. GST is not charged. Nivala is not registered under GST, so nothing is added.
- Pay monthly. No setup fee. No annual plan. The first month is charged when you choose a plan and pay.
- There is no free trial. Setup and practice are free. You pay when you go live.
- You go live after your first payment is verified.
- Cancel any time. You keep access to the end of the paid month.
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded. If we charge you twice or charge the wrong amount, we refund the extra in full within 7 working days.
- Change plan any time. The change starts from the next month. On Starter, stock is off; on Plus it starts again after a stock count.
- No commission on what your guests pay you. No hardware to buy. Support: hello@thenivala.com, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm IST.
