Online software. Nothing is shipped. Access by email login.
Nivala runs in Chrome or Edge on the PC, laptop or tablet you already own. When you create your café you choose a password and we email a link to confirm your email. Then you sign in with your email. There is no box, no hardware and no delivery charge.
You go live after your first payment is verified. If you cannot sign in after paying, email hello@thenivala.com.
Who runs Nivala
Nivala is a sole proprietorship in India, run by its founder. Our legal name and registered business address are printed on every subscription invoice; email us and we will send them.
